Philips Monitors will bring superhero visuals to its valued customers this season by teaming up with Spider-Man: Far From Home.

Spider-Man: Far From Home – which lands in cinemas worldwide on July 3. In the weeks ahead, fans can look forward to special collaborations, including an
interactive social media campaign to be held throughout the Asia Pacific
region.
From July 1 to 31, Philips will present exclusive promotional Spider-Man: Far From Home branding and imagery at in-store displays, and across digital channels and social media platforms. Customers could look forward to
premium Spider-Man: Far From Home items like mini drones, travel neck pillows, mini-figurines, and more when they buy participating Philips Monitors products in select dealers and outlets.
Consumer's who purchase participating Philips Monitors products within the time period of July 1 to 31 will be eligible for the promotion.
The promotion is available in participating stores and dealers nationwide.
1. Every purchase of any participating Philips Monitors at Participating Dealers and Outlets entitles the customer to the following premium items respectively:
- One (1) Spider-Man Far From Home Mini Drone
- One (1) Spider-Man Far From Home Location Device
- One (1) Spider-Man Far From Home Travel Neck Pillow
- One (1) Spider-Man Far From Home Luggage Tag
- One (1) Spider-Man Passport Cover

2. Customers may purchase their Philips Monitors from any of the following participating dealers and outlets:

3. One monitor purchase is entitled to claim one (1) premium item accordingly.
a. Multiple claims for a single item purchase are not allowed.
b. Only one person can submit a claim per item purchased.
c. One proof of purchase with bulk orders will be valid for multiple claims done on a one-time basis only.
d. Multiple claims with one proof of purchase will be honored provided all unique serial numbers of purchased products is
provided upon claiming.

Start of Claiming Deadline of Claiming: July 1, 2019 (10:00 AM) 60-day claiming from end of promo period
CLAIMING PROCESS
4. Customer can only claim his/her FREE premium item where he/she bought the Philips Monitors at Participating Dealers and Outlets.
5. Premium items are not convertible to cash.
6. The customer may claim the premium items after purchasing a participating product.
7. Claiming customers will only get the corresponding premium items and quantity based on the proof of purchase.
8. Upon claiming the FREE premium items, the following are valid and accepted Proof of Purchase:
a. Customer’s copy of Official Receipt; or
b. Customer’s copy of Sales Invoice
The proof of purchase must have the quantity and model unit of participating Philips Monitors.
9. In claiming the FREE premium items, the following must be presented to an Philips Monitors’ Personnel:
a. Photocopy of any two (2) Valid Forms of Identification such as SSS card, TIN card, Driver’s License, Voter’s ID, Passport
or Senior Citizen ID.
b. Clear photocopy of proof of purchase
c. Original copy of proof of purchase
10. In cases wherein, the claiming customer cannot personally claim his/her FREE premium items for any reason, he/she can send a
representative in his/her behalf. The representative must be able to present the following:
a. A letter of authorization duly signed by the claiming customer, authorizing the representative to claim the FREE
premium items.
b. Photocopy of any two (2) of the claiming customer’s Valid Forms of Identification such as SSS card, TIN card, Driver’s
License, Voter’s ID, Passport or Senior Citizen ID
c. Photocopy of any two (2) of the representative’s Valid Forms of Identification such as SSS card, TIN card, Driver’s
License, Voter’s ID, Passport or Senior Citizen ID
d. Clear photocopy of proof of purchase
e. Original copy of proof of purchase
11. Claiming of FREE premium items is only valid and available to the designated participating dealer and outlet where the sales
transaction was made.
12. Consumer will be given until sixty (60) days from end of promo period to claim their FREE premium items. After the 60-day claiming period, unclaimed FREE premium items will be forfeited in favor of Multi Media Display Philippines Inc.
13. Multi Media Display Philippines Inc. will be responsible for monitoring of claims.
14. Philips Monitors Personnel have the right to void the claim under these certain circumstances:
a. If the requirements are incomplete upon claiming.
b. If the brand / model unit / quantity / date or any of the information indicated in the proof of purchase is/are
unreadable.
c. If the proof of purchase is tampered.
d. If the proof of purchase presented is not a customer’s copy.
e. If the proof of purchase is already marked as released.
15. Employees of Multi Media Display Philippines Inc. and any of its participating dealers and outlets including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
