Huawei announces their newest mid-range smartphone in the market today, the Huawei Nova 2i. This device is also known as Mate 10 Lite in the international market, in China they called it Huawei Maimang 6 and Huawei Honor 9i in India. The Nova 2i is the first smartphone across all brands that features 4 camera with fullscreen display.

The Huawei Nova 2i offers a 5.99-inch 1080x 1060 resolution at 18:9 ratio screen. Indefinitely brands are putting a show into fullscreen display this days. Powered with HiSilicon Kirin 659 Huawei's own version of chipset partnered with Mali-T830 MP2 GPU. Its packed with a 4GB RAM and 64GB Internal Memory and can also expand via MicroSD, a bigger RAM for multiple apps usage and bigger ROM for more photos, videos or files to store.

The Nova 2i for camera are the 16MP + 2MP Main Camera with PDAF and LED Flash. On the front, the Nova 2i has a 13MP f/2.0 + 2MP selfie-centric camera. Both sides can shoot up to 1080p video recording at 30fps.

Out of the box, the Huawei Nova 2i is running on the Android 7.1 OS and EMUI 5.1. They also planning to upgrade to Android 8.0 Oreo OS soon as it will be available.
