3. One monitor purchase is entitled to claim one (1) premium item accordingly.
a. Multiple claims for a single item purchase are not allowed.b. Only one person can submit a claim per item purchased.
c. One proof of purchase with bulk orders will be valid for multiple claims done on a one-time basis only.
