OPPO Philippines officially unveils their newest smartphone today. The OPPO F5. OPPO's joins the trend as their newest smartphone features 18:9 fullscreen ratio at 1080 x 2160 FullHD+ resolution.

In this newly design smartphone, the home button has been remove and place on the screen while the fingerprint sensor is place at the black of the phone above the logo.

One of the key features OPPO F5 has is its AI Beautification mode technology its recognize your face with the help of more than 200 facial recognition points. Plus the face comes first technology that automatically adjust lightning depends on condition. Also you can unlock your device by scanning your face.

The OPPO F5 offers a 20MP Selfie Camera and a 16MP Rear Camera that has f/1.8 aperture with LED Flash. A big change from having a dual-camera features on the F3 series to a single cam on the F5 series. But still having a 20MP selfie cam is still a beast in today's era.

The OPPO F5 is powered by 2.5 Ghz Octa-core 64bit processor, MediaTek chipset partnered with Mali GPU. The F5 has a 4GB of RAM much needed for a more multitasking work partnered with 32GB Internal Storage with 24GB usable space. This might be a bit short in storage comparing to the devices that has 64GB storage.

OPPO F5 runs in the new ColorOS 3.2 which is based on Android 7.1.1 Nougat OS. We didn't know if it will also be updated to the Android 8.0 Oreo once it will be available.

The OPPO F5 will be available in Silver color variant and will come up on Red and Black soon. OPPO F5 will be available in all OPPO concept store/kiosk and partner stores starting November 4 at P15,990. Consumers who avail this product have a chance to win luxury items worth P70,000 weekly.
