1. Customers who bought the Four Seasons Bundle will get one (1) raffle entry for a chance to win the one of the following:
- 3 winners of Nintendo Switch
- 3 winners of Logitech Prodigy G231 Gaming Headset
2. For every purchase of Four Seasons bundle, we will issue a unique QR and raffle code sticker.
3. You must scan the QR code linked to the raffle site and completely fill-out the form with their Full Name, Mobile Number, Birthday, Email, Address and enter the given unique raffle code. A check box for Yellow Cab will be available for opt-in option.
4. Promo duration is from June 1 to 30, 2019.
5. Participants may only win once.
6. Prizes are not convertible to cash but is transferable.
7. Deadline of submission of entries is on June 30, 2019, 11:59PM.
8. Winners will be drawn on July 5, 2019 at 4:00PM via random picker generator at the 11th Floor, Ecoplaza Building, Chino Roces Extension, Makati in the presence of a DTI representative.
9. Winners will be notified via registered mail, email and phone call, and must confirm pick-up of prize within 60 days from receipt of registered notice.
10. The Winners’ Names will also be posted on Facebook and Instagram Stories of Yellow Cab Pizza Co.
11. Prizes can be redeemed at the Max’s Group Inc. head office at 11th Floor, Ecoplaza Building, Chino Roces Extension, Makati for Metro Manila winners. For 12. Provincial, winners will be contacted and directed to nearest store they can pick up their prize.
