The Stage is all set as the Hearthstone Elite Series Philippines Group Stage Begins.
AKG Games Philippines, in cooperation with Indomie and Battlefy, officially kicks off the group stage of the Hearthstone Elite Series Philippines on June 18, 2020. The competition, which launched its qualifiers earlier in May, was open to all Hearthstone players residing in the Philippines. All matches for Elite Series Philippines took place online, and will continue to be played online until the finals.
With a total of PHP 30,000 prize pool for this competition. The overall winner will also receive a year's supply of Indomie Noodles. The top 2 finishers will earn a direct invite into the Hearthstone Masters Tour Online: Montreal, where they will compete with approximately 300 other competitors across the globe -- vying for a share of the Master Tour’s $250,000 prize pool.
A total of 16 players have qualified to the main competition from the open qualifiers for Elite Series Philippines. Qualified players for the competition will battle it out for a shot at seeds into the 5th entry of Blizzard Entertainment’s 2020 Hearthstone Masters Tour, which will take place on September 11 to 14.
